Oct 28, 2024

The 2025 AMSOIL Championship Off-Road Racing Tour is thrilled to continue bringing the series to the Labor Day weekend Polaris World Championships at Crandon International Off-Road Raceway. With over 300 drivers taking on the challenge, the event will unfold on the iconic 1.75-mile track famously referred to as the “Big House.”

The Labor Day weekend racing event in the Northwoods of Wisconsin has a rich history spanning 56 years of intense off-road racing. Crandon has hosted this largest short-course off-road race in the world since 1984, drawing racing enthusiasts and fans throughout North America.

Crandon International Off-Road Raceway offers a unique and exhilarating racing experience. From the heart-pounding land rush start to the intense moments navigating Forest County Potawatomi Turn One on the opening lap, every second is filled with excitement. The thunderous cheers of the massive crowd echo as they passionately support their favorite driver lap after lap provides an unforgettable experience. Within the Champ Off-Road Tour, both PRO and Sportsman category competitors strive for important championship points and the chance to claim the highly sought-after Crandon World Championship ring, a prestigious accolade on every driver’s wish list.

In addition to hosting the Labor Day and June weekends on the annual Champ Off-Road series calendar, the track also provides both PRO and Sportsman racers with a substantial cash and prize purse fund that exceeded $300,000 in 2024.

“On Labor Day weekend, Crandon is the place where short-course racers and fans of short-course racing want to be,” notes Carl Schubitzke, Champ Off-Road president. “The history of the facility, how it has shaped our sport, and how it continues to set the bar for everyone else is awe-inspiring.”

The 2025 AMSOIL Championship Off-Road Tour will see PRO and Sportsman competitors go wheel to wheel at the Polaris World Championships during the extended Labor Day weekend from August 29 to 31.
