Media Credentials

Thank you for your interest in AMSOIL Championship Off-Road. ISOC welcomes the media to our events, and it is our goal to make your job covering the events as easy as possible. We do have media eligibility conditions that are required in order to be considered and approved for media credentials at our events.

AMSOIL Championship Off-Road Media License Policies for Approved Credentials

DRONE POLICY: AMSOIL Championship Off-Road has a NO FLY ZONE for all drones that are NOT pre-approved by the Media Director prior to an event. ANY Violation of this policy will result in a PERMANENT LOSS OF CREDENTIALS, absolutely zero exceptions.

Driver/Team and Manufacture Photographers: LOA’s will be required for any contracted work, all LOA’s will be validated with the Driver/Team and Manufactures before approved.

Publication Photographers: LOA’s will be required to be submitted by the Editor/Director of the accredited publication or social media outlet. All LOA’s will be validated before approved.

All Credential requests must be submitted no later than 10 days prior to the event, anything after the event will not be processed.
All LOA’s must be submitted by 5pm CST the week of the event, anything after the deadline will not be processed.

SUBMITTING THIS REQUEST DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOU WILL RECEIVE OR BE GRANTED A MEDIA CREDENTIAL OR ACCESS TO THE EVENT, YOU WILL RECIEVE A FOLLOW-UP CONFIRMATION PRIOR TO THE RACE.

    Please Note: Credentials will not be issued without the formal approval of your Editor/Director. Issuance of this credential is at the sole discretion of ISOC.

    • Any photos taken by me at this event will be used in the performance of my duties/responsibilities with the company listed above and will not be resold.

    • I agree to wear an ISOC media band at all times while in the track area.

    • I agree to comply with any/all instructions given to me by ISOC officials.

    • I agree to sign the Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement.

    • I agree to reference ISOC in all printed and aired work as a result of my assignment.

    • I agree to provide ISOC with two (2) copies of the work published, aired or printed as a result of my assignment via hard copy or email.

    Any violation of these terms will result in immediate revocation of your credential. ISOC reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, what determines violation of these terms.
