The 2026 AMSOIL Championship Off-Road National Tour rolls into historic Bark River International Off-Road Raceway for Rounds 11 & 12, and if past five decades have taught us anything, it’s that this is guaranteed to be one of the most thrilling and pivotal rounds on the tour.

Join us for our 50th year of dirt, speed, and legendary racing at Bark River International Raceway! The countdown is on for the annual Island Resort and Casino Off-Road Rumble in the U.P. presented by Race-Driven Polaris. Mark your calendars, August 14- 16th, 2026 as AMSOIL Championship Off-Road returns to Bark River, MI for a weekend packed with high-flying action, fan fun, and history in the making!

About Bark River International Raceway:

Bark River International Raceway is one of the crown-jewel venues in American short-course off-road racing. It’s in Bark River in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, and 2026 is particularly significant: this weekend marks the track’s 50th anniversary, with the Island Resort & Casino Off-Road Rumble in the U.P. running August 14–16.

Bark River’s story goes back to 1976. Local racers and Bark River Lions Club members Ken Lanaville and Dave Vandermissen Sr. had seen what Crandon’s off-road race did for that Wisconsin community and believed a similar event could benefit Bark River.

The inaugural event was the U.P. Off Road 100, originally a 100-mile race through the woods, patterned somewhat after Crandon’s original Brush Run 101. Over time, it evolved into the purpose-built short-course facility we know today.
